January 30th - 2013 Regular Legislative Session Day 17

I started my day with a public hearing on HB 1110 to streamline the respirator requirements for asbestos abatement. The hearing went well and I am hopeful we’ll be able to move the bill to the House Floor for passage. I really want to thank Greg Huylor and Jerry Condiff for driving over from Yakima this morning to testify in favor of the bill. A three and 1 half hour drive for a 15 minute public hearing … thanks.

I'll be on KIT at 4:00 PM today to discuss House Bill 1371, the Washington Firearms Freedom Act.
