I'm in the Government Operations and Elections Committee this morning listening to testimony on a series of bills. House Bill 1005 concerning the responsibilities and funding of the Public Disclosure Commission, HB 1050 which authorizes government agencies to sell naming rights of public facilities, HB 1094 requiring agreements between state agencies and the federal government to be reported to the legislature, and HB 1157 making nonsubstantive changes to election laws.
