I’m in the Local Government Committee hearing and we’re hearing four bills today. House Bill 1128 deals with local agencies responses to public records requests. House Bill 1179 would revise the lien for collection of sewer charges by counties. House Bill 1185 pertains to equitable allocation of auditor costs. House Bill 1207 deals with cemetery district formation requirements.
