Sitting on the House floor debating the creation of a new program that will cost $700,000 in new money, subject to appropriation. Good thing the Legislature passed a terrible excuse for a budget cut last night, only to create a new program with no money to fund it. Yet another opportunity to vote NO.
It sounds like the Special Session could come to an end sometime today or tonight. Depending on the time the circus ends, I could be headed home tonight.
