Days 40-42 - Friday was an interesting day. We voted on the "Reaction Budget" yet again. Another supplemental budget that does nothing to address the real issues facing the state. Government that's too big, too intrusive and operates the priorities of government. We were in General Government Operation and Oversight (Appropriations) for 4 hours yesterday. The good news is, we were able to get enough done that we didn't have to have a meeting on Saturday.
Picking up Brock today and Molly and Tiffany will be over tomorrow (Sunday). Family day is on Monday at the Capital, so I'll get to see the family all weekend.
