So the Governor has officially called the Second Special Session, but we're waiting for it to actually begin. It's 12:37 AM on Tuesday and we still have several bills that need to be passed before we'll get out of here. As soon as we begin, we will be starting our 5th Special Session in the 62nd Legislature. How do you like that one party control now?
