We just received word that our Regulatory Freedom and Accountability Act (House Bill 1163) was scheduled for a hearing on February 12, 2013 at 8:00 AM in the Government Operations and Election Committee.
House Bill 1163 is part of the Freedom Agenda and represents a lot of the Regulatory Reform measures many of us have been talking about for years, including 90 day permitting by state agencies, economic impact analysis of new rules, a rule writing moratorium, and coordination by state agencies with local government entities.
Please contact you Representatives and ask them to support House Bill 1163.
